Siri Wij - Broker started his real estate career in 1987 and promised himself that he would be different in the way he treated his clients in his approach to Marketing, Servicing, Follow-up, Negotiating the Offer and After Sale Service(until closing date and beyond). In the early 1990's the Federal Govt passed legislation that commissions were not allowed to be fixed by Real Estate Companies and were negotiable.

 BUT HOW TRUE IS THEIR ADVERTISING?

 The truth of the matter is that Agents advertise a low commission just to get you to call them. Once they get their foot through the door the commission structure invariably changes. The commission they advertised is the Agents own Fee they say, but you must be prepared to pay the selling broker which brings the commission payable much higher.

 In keeping with the ever-evolving needs of the consumer, Siri Wij came up with a  commission structure whereby "You don't pay for what you don't need". In our plan, you tell us what you want and we will come up with a plan TOGETHER so that your house will sell for the most amount of money, and "you'll get to keep more of it". In this concept ther are NO HIDDEN COSTS! Our main consideration is that the service to our client and marketing of the house takes precedence. We maintain the highest standards in our dealings with you as well as co-operate with all other real estate agents and network with our buyers in our computer database.

 Siri Wij has extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate business. He started as a sales representative with Century 21 and by 1989 was a fully qualified Broker. He then joined Re/Max Realty followed by Canada Trust Realty and Sutton Group Realty, prior to opening up his own brokerage. We have had requests from major national franchisors to join their banner and amalgamate but we chose to be ourselves, as we believe in "Quality of Service" to our clients, which large scale franchisors cannot deliver.
